Stamps Veteran Scholars Program

Florida State University is proud to partner with the Stamps Scholars Program to launch the first-ever Stamps Veteran Scholars Program (SVSP).

The SVSP empowers veterans to pursue their academic goals, engage in research and leadership experiences, and prepare for impactful civilian and professional careers. By alleviating financial barriers, the SVSP enables recipients to fully dedicate themselves to their studies and leadership development.

Stamps Veteran Scholars are individuals of exceptional intellectual curiosity, demonstrated leadership and a deep commitment to service. These students seek not only to succeed, but to contribute meaningfully to their communities and beyond.

FSU honors the service, leadership and sacrifice of U.S. military veterans by providing transformative educational opportunities grounded in academic excellence, leadership development and character.

Stamps Veteran Scholars Profile

The SVSP annually awards five scholars who served in the U.S. Armed Forces with two-year merit scholarships and enrichment support, which Florida State matches dollar-for-dollar.
