Requests for Benefits Form
Once your schedule is final, you may complete the FSU Request for Benefits form. You must complete a new form, after registering for classes, for each semester you plan to use VA Educational Benefits.
Out-of-State Tuition Waiver
State and federal law extends out-of state tuition waivers to students who are honorably discharged veterans or eligible veteran dependents using VA Educational Benefits.
Self-Identified Veterans Form
Current and former members of the military at Florida State have many opportunities available to them. As such, we welcome you to identify yourself with the Student Veterans Center so we can extend these opportunities to you as they become available.
