Once your schedule is final you may complete the FSU Request for Benefits form. Make sure all your information is correct before submitting the form. You will receive a confirmation to your FSU email account stating that your submission has been received by the FSU Student Veterans Center. Please keep this email for your records. Any additional documents must be sent to the FSU Student Veterans Center to complete the process. Remember, you must complete a new FSU Request for Benefits form, after registering for classes, for each semester you plan to use VA Educational Benefits.
