Military Order of the Purple Heart

Smart (Science, Mathematics and Research for Transformation) Scholarships
- Funded by the Department of Defense, SMART scholarships provide full-tuition funding, annual stipends and book/health allowances to active-military students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
Pat Tillman Foundation
- Veteran and active service member of both pre- and post-9/11
- Service members who wish to start, finish, or further their needs
- Those whose benefits have run out or do not meet their needs
- Those enrolled as a full-time student at a U.S. institution of higher learning
- Service members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserve
- Service members pursuing undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, 2-year, 4-year, public private, vocational, and trade degrees or certifications
FRA Scholarship Program
- FRA is proud to support America's future leaderships by awarding more than $100,000 annually in scholarships to deserving students
- FRA scholarships are awarded to FRA members, their spouses, children, and grandchildren
Alaskan Sea Service Scholarship Fund
- Applicant must be a legal resident of the State of Alaska
American Society of Naval Engineers Scholarship Programs
- Candidates must be in final one/two years of full time or co-op undergraduate or one year graduate program in engineering or physical science
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students (SDS)
- Full-time students with exceptional financial need pursuing a degree in medicine, dentistry, nursing or other health-related disciplines.
AFCEA Educational Foundation
- Awards for military personnel seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees
- Scholarships also available for veterans of Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom
Health Professions Scholarships - Army, Navy, Air Force
- Scholarship covers complete tuition, books and stipend of up to $2,060 per month
- Two, three and four-year programs available
- Scholarship applicants should be submitted at the same time as the medical school application
- One year payback in the armed forces for each year in the program
National Association of Veteran Program Administrators (NAVPA)
- Open to veterans, service members and their dependents
- Eight awards of $1,000 each (one award in each of 8 regions)
